Bio
​
A senior undergraduate student and Dizhao Artist, he has performed across the United States in various orchestras and internationally, appearing with the San Gabriel Valley Symphony, COMF Symphony Orchestra, Opera Maya Festival Orchestra, and the Rise Diversity Orchestra.

Tyree has excelled exceptionally well on the performing side of his career, but he has also broadened his horizons on the side of social media! He is known to a wide audience on Instagram, Tiktok, and Youtube. You can find him on these platforms as @tyreewilsonflute.

As for his influences to content creation on the flute, he has really grown a community that stemmed from his flute playing which is inspiring and authentic! He has grown his social media following to over 100K+ followers and he has even reached over 33 million views. Over the course of his social media journey, he has gotten the chance to now make content for the Flute Center, Woodify Sound, KraftGeek, as well as collaborating with Dizhao Flutes as their social media specialist!

Tyree is from Hamilton, Alabama, and currently studying at the University of Alabama under the guidance of his Principal teacher, Dr. Diane Schultz. Tyree is the third prize winner of the Florida Flute Association Young Artist Competition, Charleston Competition first Prize, Birmingham Music Guild second Prize, and Ernest Blhum first Prize! He plays on a 9-karat rose gold Dizhao flute and a rosewood Dizhao piccolo.
